There comes a moment when your body whispers, slow down.

When your spirit asks to be met — not fixed, not improved, simply felt.

HerSpirit Retreat is an invitation to pause, breathe, and remember who you are beneath the noise.

For six nourishing days, we gather in nature’s embrace — surrounded by nature, rivers, and sunlit hills — to return to the feminine heart through embodiment, movement, stillness, and ritual.

This is your space to soften, to rest, to feel at home in your body again.

Each day invites you deeper into balance — between movement and rest, giving and receiving, earth and spirit.

HerSpirit Retreat was founded by Zoe Vieira and co-created with Julia Madden Yoga and Camilla. They have offered two deeply transformative retreats for women, Bugarach, France (2024) and Travessia do Sol, Portugal (2025). HerSpirit Retreat is returning to Travessia do Sol, Portugal 20th- 26th.June 2026.

HerSpirit Retreat invite women to reconnect with their true essence, to shed old layers of conditioning, and to free their energy and remember their true sense of Self.

Participants step away from everyday life to retreat deeply, recharge, and return to harmony with nature and their feminine essence.

Camilla co-teaches the workshops of the Medicine Woman and the Medicine Wheel, bringing her healing gifts and intuitive connection with the elements to enhance the experience and guide participants into deep states of relaxation and energetic alignment.

As the group moves through the teachings of the Medicine Wheel, Camilla uses her voice, drum and a variety of other instruments to honor and activate each direction and its element, deepening the embodiment of the teachings.

In her sound journeys and voice activation workshops she supports the participants in reconnecting with their own expression and the wisdom of their voice.

Through sound, embodiment, and presence each participant is supported in feeling more at home in her body, connected deeper to the elements, release what is ready to go and experience Soul-level renewal.
